Trading conditions

IN GENERAL

These conditions apply to all purchases on the website www.cozzies.dk, which is owned by Cozzies I/S ("Cozzies"), CVR. 43 53 47 69, Wilkensvej 23 st.tv, 2000 Frederiksberg. By placing your order, you accept the terms and conditions applicable at any time. Cozzies therefore recommends that you read the trading conditions thoroughly.

Cozzies may change the terms at any time with effect on future purchases.

PAYMENT AND PRICES

All prices on www.cozzies.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT. Before you approve your order, the final price for the order, incl. shipping costs.

Payment can only be made via the secured payment form on the website. Cozzies accepts payment with: Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. The amount is only deducted when the item has been dispatched. Receipt for purchase is received via e-mail.

Your payment is processed securely and Cozzies encrypts your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Thus, only PensoPay has access to your payment information.

During offer periods when prices are reduced, additional discount codes cannot be used. Volume discount still applies to reduced items.

DELIVERY

Cozzies typically offers delivery via various partners, currently GLS only. Delivery can be made to Denmark and takes place to the address or place of delivery you provided when placing your order.

The shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method and appear in connection with your order.

All orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days, and if the order is not received within 6-8 working days, customer service must be contacted at cozziesdk@gmail.com or 29 84 84 36. The matter will then be investigated in our order system and, if necessary, at GLS.

Cozzies is not responsible for delay from the shipping company.

COMPLAINT

The Sales Act's defect rules, including the rules on complaints, apply to the purchase of goods.

This means that you have 24 months right of complaint from the time of delivery if the purchased item has a defect, e.g. a manufacturing or material defect. You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. A complaint within two months after you have discovered the defect will always be considered timely.

When making a complaint, please write to Cozzies and give as much detail as possible what the problem is.

Exchange will be an option. Reimbursement of the purchase amount, on the other hand, is only an option, (i) if there is a significant defect, or (ii) if exchange is not possible or will entail disproportionately large costs for Cozzies.

If the complaint is justified, Cozzies will refund the reasonable shipping costs associated with sending the item back. If your complaint is not justified, you must bear the shipping costs yourself, including Cozzie's costs for returning the item after examination.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging. You are responsible for the goods yourself until Cozzie receives them. Therefore, save the postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track & trace number.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must give us an unequivocal notice that you wish to cancel the purchase, e.g. by sending an e-mail to cozziesdk@gmail.com. You can also use the standard cancellation form at the bottom of these terms, but this is not mandatory.

The cancellation period has been met if you send the notice of exercise of the right of cancellation before the period has expired.

Use of the right of withdrawal within the first 14 days after delivery

According to the Consumer Contracts Act, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the item is received .

If the purchase is cancelled, Cozzies must be notified no later than 14 days after the day you received the item. If the cancellation period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the cancellation period is deemed to have expired on the following business day.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Once you have notified Cozzies via e-mail that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a return label.

The item is then returned via GLS to Cozzie's warehouse. The item must be returned no later than 14 days from the date on which you have informed Cozzies that you want to cancel your purchase. The deadline is considered met if the item is dispatched within 14 days of notification to Cozzies.

It is important that your name and address are attached so that Cozzies can find the order in the customer register. Please also mark the return as "return".

It is important that you pack the item properly when returning it, as you bear the risk of the item until Cozzies receives the item. Please enclose packaging and product labels. Cozzies encourages you to save shipping receipts.

When you cancel a purchase, Cozzies refunds the payment to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after Cozzies has received the notification that you wish to cancel the purchase. However, Cozzies can withhold payment until the item has been returned or you have sent documentation that the item has been returned.

In the case of packages not collected, we are forced to deduct DKK 100 from the refunded amount. This is due to the delivery costs.

The refund is made to the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fee as a result of the refund.

THE COMPANY'S OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS

The buyer always receives an order receipt when completing the purchase. The order information is stored by Cozzies for 5 years. It is not possible to access the order receipt via www.cozzes.dk. If you would like a new copy of the order receipt, please send an e-mail to cozziesdk@gmail.com instead

RESERVATION

Cozzies cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance of the contract due to an unforeseeable event beyond Cozzies' control, e.g. unrest, full or partial strike, especially in the transport and/or communication sector, fire, floods or similar cases.

Cozzies reserves the right for small deviations in production.

Cozzies also reserves the right for out-of-stock items and typing errors on the website.

PERSONAL DATA

Cozzies processes your personal data in accordance with the company's personal data policy.

ACCESS TO COMPLAINTS AND CHOICE OF LAW

You are always welcome to contact Cozzies if you want to complain about a purchase. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, if the conditions for making a complaint are met. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.naevneneshus.dk.

The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. It is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

The agreement between you and Cozzies, including these trading terms and conditions, is subject to Danish law, unless otherwise follows from mandatory rules on consumer protection in the country where you reside.
