Our history

The idea for Cozzies came from the fact that we wanted a product that wasn't the boring swimming shorts. The design had to be unique at the same time that we also had a sense of humour. We want to create an environment where everyone is welcome, young and old, and of course a uniquely comfortable pair of swimming trunks for when you have a trip to the tub or just want to soak up the sun.

It is very important to us that we look after the sea and all life in the sea, so all our swimwear is ethically made from recycled materials. The inner fabric is made of ECONYL®. A regenerated nylon made from waste such as fishing nets from the oceans. It is infinitely reusable.
For our outer fabric, we use REPREVE®, the world's leading recycled fiber made from recycled plastic bottles.

Our mission for Cozzies is to have the good old swimming trunks back in a sustainable way. We want people to see the cool and fun in wearing a pair of Cozzies.
