Description of the treatment

Below we have explained the purposes for which we process your personal data.

Personal data
When you buy a product or communicate with us on the website, we collect the information you provide yourself, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, payment method, information about the time of purchase, which products you buy and delivery wishes.

We may share your information with our IT suppliers, business partners, warehouse and shipping company.

We will keep your information for as long as is necessary to manage our sales. However, we generally store your personal data for use for this purpose for the current financial year plus 5 years in accordance with the rules of the Accounting Act.

The purpose is:

- that we can set you up as a customer and deliver the products you have ordered and otherwise fulfill our agreement with you.

- to be able to manage your rights to return and advertise,

- to prevent fraud and that we can comply with legal requirements, including for bookkeeping and accounting.

The legal basis for the processing is the EU Personal Data Regulation, art. 6, subsection 1, letter b (section 3.2.1.1. – 2.), letter c (section 3.2.1.4) and letter f (section 3.2.1.3.).

Mandatory information

The information you provide in connection with purchases is mandatory. If you do not provide this information, we unfortunately cannot enter into an agreement with you to deliver our goods to you.

Newsletter

You have the option to sign up for our newsletter so that you can receive news and extraordinary offers. In order to be able to send you the newsletter, we process personal data about you.

We process personal data about you in the form of your email address, which we need to send you the newsletter. According to the Marketing Act, you can always withdraw your consent if you no longer wish to receive the newsletter.

The purpose is:

- to be able to deliver newsletters to you,

- to prepare statistics for use in optimizing the newsletters and for marketing our services.

- to be able to document your consent to receive the newsletter.

The legal basis for the processing is the EU Personal Data Regulation, art. 6, subsection 1, letter f.

Social Media

When you visit Cozzies' social media, Cozzies processes the information you have made available via settings on our Social Media, your reactions to our postings, and your sharing thereof, as well as any comments on our posts.

The purpose is:

- with the processing of your personal data to market Cozzies and to respond to your inquiry, and/or to let you participate in our competitions and contact you if you win. When Facebook Inc. uses personal data collected on Cozzie's Facebook pages, e.g. to improve their advertising system, Facebook Inc. and Cozzies are considered to be joint data controllers.

It is always your right to be informed exactly which personal data we process about you. In addition, you can at any time request that the information is not used. Furthermore, you can have your consent revoked for information about you to be processed. If information that may be processed is incorrect, you have the right to have it deleted or corrected.
