Delivery / return
We do not offer exchanges. If, for example, you want a different size or color, then return products and order the desired size in a new order via the website.
All orders in Denmark are delivered within 2-4 working days with GLS. Please note that delays may occur, so the delivery time is not a guarantee - but we try to get all orders sent out within this time frame.
We use GLS home delivery, but should you not be at home, the package will be delivered to a parcel shop near you.
Returns are accepted without reservation within 14 days after the goods have been received. Returns are free in Denmark for all orders.
For purchases made in November and December, the return period is until January 15. This has been done to accommodate the many Christmas gift purchases.

Please be aware that it can take 10-12 working days from sending the return order until it has been received and processed. Refunds can take 4-5 banking days depending on the bank and payment method.
Instructions for returns
- Contact us at cozziesdk@gmail.com to receive a free return label
- Put a label clearly on your return package
- Pack all goods to be returned securely and in original packaging (as far as possible)
- Drop off at the nearest GLS parcel shop
Please note that only 1 free return label is offered per order.
All our products have a binder on the inside. This must only be removed when you are satisfied with the product and the fit. We also always recommend first trying the product outside the underpants.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. If the product has been tested in such a way that there are visible stains or marks, or if the product is not in its original packaging, the consumer is liable for any reduction in value.
